What I learned from the video is that creativity and knowledge can come in so many different ways and forms. One fantastic example of this shown in the interview is Cuero's encounter with the roaches. When he first encountered them, he didn't react how most would; he instead made it a positive situation where he studied the way they live. Cuero also faced much discrimination and prejudice throughout his life. He was also able to deal with this discrimination in a different way than most would. Cuero was able to use it as fuel to motivate him to become better as a human and to be the bigger person, whereas most people would shy away once they are struck with any bit of prejudice. This is what makes him the creative person he is. The ability to have your own DIFFERENT ideas that may not appeal to all is what makes creativity and I think it is an approach we should all have when facing our everyday situations.
